Once we nail down your budget and get a clear scope of the project, we’ll create a unique quote that outlines everything we'll deliver for that investment. We typically agree on a simple, fixed-price approach, and if any changes or scope creep come up, we’ll handle that separately.

Changes are a normal part of any project! Our quote already accounts for some flexibility and amends. However, if the scope shifts quite a bit during the process, we might need to re-quote to cover the extra time and resources required.

It’s totally up to you! However, most of our clients like to be hands-on at first to get a feel for how we work and to build trust with us. Once that trust is established, they can step back a bit and just receive updates instead of getting tangled up in all the details. Our project approach is designed to keep your time commitment minimal while still keeping you in the loop about what’s happening and the steps we’re taking.

We kick things off by chatting about your project goals, deadlines, and needs over a video call. Sometimes we use Otter or Zoom AI to record our initial chats, which helps us clarify your needs and gives us a reference point to start from. This step ensures we’re all aligned and sets a clear direction from the get-go.

Our quote includes some leeway for reasonable changes and typically covers 2-3 rounds of amends, which helps us stay on track and within the initial budget. We also use tools like Motion and ClickUp to keep tasks organised, plus a regular check-in call (weekly or bi-weekly) to discuss any blockers and how to move forward.
